In accordance with government guidelines, and to ensure that we do everything we can to help suppress the spread of Covid-19, we have now moved to home working. Our office is closed to all visitors.
Our employees are able to work from home via laptops, and access our cloud based systems. We have secure systems in place, and calls are diverted either to staff members or a call handling service.
Whilst it remains “business as usual” you may experience a slight delay in response times as we adjust to this new way of working. Please also be advised that the majority of us are also at home with our children. This may mean that you will be able to hear children in the background when you call, or it may be that you receive emails from us later into the evening as we may be working once they have gone to bed. We apologise if this is inconvenient to you, but hope you understand.
We are taking our obligations seriously, but please be assured that we are also committed to keeping your matters progressed – after all it is in our interests too that business carries on as much as possible. Inevitably though things will slow down as we all adapt to this new way of working.
