Help, one of my employees has been sending inappropriate texts to another member of staff, how do I deal with this?

Depending on the exact nature and content of the text messages, this will likely fall under either bullying or discrimination/harassment.

But whichever description is most suitable, it needs investigating as a disciplinary matter under your disciplinary policy, in line with your Equal Opportunities & Anti-Harassment and Bullying policies (if you have them).

Once investigated, if it is felt that there is potential misconduct, a disciplinary hearing should be arranged to determine whether the employee has been sending inappropriate text messages, how serious this is, and what level of sanction should be applied if misconduct is found to have taken place.
