Not at all! Our clients are based throughout England and Wales. The majority of our communication is done via email or telephone – it is not always necessary to have face-to-face meetings, unless of course this is something you would like to do. Clients are always free to attend our offices, and where possible, we can arrange meetings closer to you.
We appreciate our clients will sometimes need to contact us outside of our office hours, and this not a problem. Our offices are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Outside of these times, our mobiles are usually always beside us and we are happy to arrange meetings in the evenings, or even at a weekend if you cannot take time off in the week.
Our team of Lawyers include Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals, who have all been trained to a high standard to progress transactions quickly and efficiently. Solicitors are fully qualified and accredited by The Law Society and our work is governed by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority. A Solicitor or Legal Executive will always have overall conduct of your matter, and they will be named in your client care letter. However, our Paralegals will almost certainly have an input on your matter and will be able to provide you with updates and information as your transaction progresses.
We aim to provide a fee quote at the outset of a transaction, based on our experience of the type of transaction we are undertaking. This is calculated based on the hourly rates of the Fee Earners working on your matter and the time we expect them to devote to it. We can also provide a fixed quote in some circumstances. Where this is not always possible, we will provide an estimate of time and charge you an hourly rate, providing you with regular updates.
YES! The beauty of us not being in a town centre is that we have parking spaces outside the office, and plenty of roads nearby for free parking. There’s no need to get a ticket or a permit, plus we’re only 2 minutes from the M1 motorway.
