Ensuring your records at Companies House are up to date and correct

Every company is required to maintain statutory books to satisfy the needs of Companies House. These will include registers of the Directors of the company and of any shareholders (members). Records of how shares have been allotted, issued and/or transferred must also be kept.

We advise business owners on all issues relating to Companies House including; submitting Companies House forms; rectifying Companies House records; and recording the appointment and resignation of Directors.

However, most of our work in corporate governance relates to

  • Changing articles of association
  • Changing share classifications/share restructures
  • Incorporation of new companies
  • Tax planning with the Company Directors and their accountants.
