Registered Office Service

Dawson Radford Solicitors can now offer a registered office service, to allow you to keep your residential address private.

 

By law all limited companies must have a registered office. If you do not have trading premises, then your residential address would probably be your only alternative. By using our office address, we can help you to keep that address confidential.

 

A registered office is not a business address – the purpose of this service is to receive official mail in a private and confidential way, without revealing your home address. It is not intended to be a general trading address and you must not purport to operate your business from our offices.

 

As part of the registered office service, we will forward all your mail received by us to you, by email. Mail is checked daily. We can also allow you to collect your mail if you prefer, by appointment. We are open during usual business hours, so can receive signed for/special delivery and courier delivered post.

 

If you wish we can also screen post and disregard any mail that appears to originate from a mail shot or advertising campaign, only forwarding official letters to you, to save you time sorting through irrelevant post.

This service is available to any private limited company registered in England and Wales.

 

Our registered office service is £36 inclusive of VAT, which includes all mail forwarding/mail screening. Payment is in full at the beginning of each year. If you decide not to carry on the service forward for another year, you agree to change the registered office address immediately. If you do not then the service will continue for another year, and will be payable in the usual way.
