A day in the life of Billy, Client Liaison Officer

Billy is very proud of his work at Dawson Radford, here is a look in to his very busy day

I get up and let mum know it is time for my breakfast – a few loud barks seem to do the trick – and then I have a little nap while everyone gets ready.

I’ll have a quick snuggle with my human brothers before they go to school and then when mum gets home, we go for a walk to wake me up for a day in the office.

I arrive and give everyone a sniff and have a quick look at what they are up to before settling down on my bed to oversee the day’s proceedings.

When visitors arrive in the office, once mum has checked it is okay, I take my Client Liaison Officer role very seriously and will make sure they feel welcome and at ease. If they want to give me a quick stroke, I take that as job well done.

I try to fit in a walk or a swim around lunchtime on the lovely nature reserve behind the office, I don’t have long so I must make sure the ducks don’t try and get me involved in a game of chase!

I get back and have a drink and then help mum with her files.

I like to help all my colleagues and will take it in turns to sit next to them throughout the afternoon, just in case they need my input. if I am lucky they share their snacks with me.

It is a hard job, but someone has to do it.
