Dawson Radford was recommended to me as being a solutions-focused firm, and I was represented by Ian Osborn, who exceeded my expectations. I'll give the reasons why I liked working with him. At a high level, he approaches the task at hand with a rare combination of decency, speed, attention to detail, and client care.1. My whole experience benefited from the fact that he was both empathetic and pragmatic in his approach and also extremely professional;2. Presented with a tight deadline, he not only found a solution but delivered on it. In my experience with the legal profession, he did this at blazing speed.3. And critically, all the work he brought to me was meticulous and quite obviously produced by a professional who was thorough and detail-oriented.4. Building on these strengths, he made sure that I was well-informed about the matter at hand, that I could make decisions with a well-articulated risk appraisal and provided me with an understanding of options.I understand he's new to his department. Congrats to the hiring manager.I am not easily pleased, prone to being a pedant and I don't usually give reviews, much less standing ovations, but he earned both. I would instruct him again and recommend him for any property-related matters. And based on my interactions with Ian, I would use Dawson Radford again.

Last year I needed some help and advice following a dispute with my employer. DRS were great. They were very professional at all times and kept me updated on what was happening. My case was dealt with by Kyle Smith who talked me through everything and explained anything I didn’t understand. I would recommend Dawson Radford Solicitors for any legal advice you may need.

Dawson Radford Solicitors have been brilliant, working on our behalf to purchase a small holding. A special mention should go to Diane Evans who went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for us. Even offering help to fill in necessary forms during the weekend. Fantastic communication, explaining details in a clear and easily understood way. Very quick to call back if she happened to be out of the office and quick to respond to emails too.
